IPA BBQ BACON CHEDDAR BURGER

IPA BBQ Sauce:
• Sweet Baby Ray’s Honey Barbecue Sauce
• 250ml IPA
• 50ml fresh orange juice
Bacon Cheddar Burger:
• 4 x ground beef patties
• 4 x brioche burger rolls
• 4 x pieces of green leaf lettuce
• 4 x slices beefsteak tomato
• 4 x slices of cheddar cheese
• 8 strips Applewood smoked bacon, cooked
• IPA BBQ Sauce
• Salt and ground black pepper
Directions
IPA BBQ Sauce:
In a stainless steel bowl, mix together the Sweet Baby Ray’s Honey Barbecue Sauce, the IPA and the fresh orange juice.
Reserve and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
Bacon Cheddar Burger:
Prepare a gas or charcoal bbq, season burgers with salt and pepper and place on the bbq. Cook to the desired temperature.
When ready, top burger with BBQ sauce, bacon and cheddar cheese, and melt the cheese.
Place bottom piece of roll on the plate. Top with lettuce and tomato.
Place burger patty on top of the tomato.
Place top half of roll on burger.
Serve and enjoy with your choice of side.
