• Vegetable oil
• 450g lean ground beef
• 100g white onion, diced
• Sweet Baby Ray’s Honey Barbecue Sauce
• 8 each 6-inch tortillas
• 1 large tomato, diced
• 1 iceberg lettuce, shredded
• 100g grated Cheese

Directions

In a nonstick pan, heat oil and add beef. Cook, stirring often until beef is browned, then add onion and continue cooking until onion is soft.

Drain oil, return meat to the pan and add BBQ sauce.

Return to stove and heat through. Remove.

Spoon taco meat mixture into a warmed tortilla and fold in half.

Serve with tomatoes, lettuce and cheese for garnish.
