Ready in Over and hour
SERVES: 4 or more
Skill Level: Medium

• Half sweet onion, diced
• Half red bell pepper, diced
• 120ml bourbon
• Sweet Baby Ray’s Honey Barbecue Sauce
• Four filets of beef tenderloin


In a small saucepan over medium heat, sauté onions and peppers in butter until soft. Add bourbon and SBR Honey Barbecue sauce, simmer 2-3 minutes.

Place filets of beef in a small shallow pan, add bourbon BBQ and marinate in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

Remove filets from container and preheat grill.

Pour bourbon BBQ sauce in a small saucepan and bring to boil, then reduce to simmer. Place beef on the grill and baste with sauce until cooked

The top remainder of sauce on filets.

(This recipe can be made using any good cut of meat or chicken or pork loin).
